Embarrassment of Riches 11-01-2013

It’s time for October stats!

TBR-vignetteThe original blog meme is here, along with the links to the previous months’ check-ins.

August books can finally be checked in here.

I’ll post September when I get time, after I get my nanowrimo words written!

All things come to those who wait, so it is said. You shouldn’t have to wait for the worst-meme-host-EVER to get her act together, though!

What are you reading? Did you like it or not?

I’ll tell if you will!

  1. So I went first, and this month I hammered through a lot of samples, which was part of my TBR challenge–to actually read some of the samples I have on my Kindle. I don’t want to list those that didn’t make the cut, but there were about a dozen that I can gratefully delete. And then there were others that immediately went onto my TBR list. Including Libriomancer, by Jim C Hines, which I am now reading.

I’ve read a ton of novellas lately

  3. Lillian

I’ve fallen behind in the challenge… but we’ll see if I can still make it or not.

  4. Totally fell off the wagon on this challenge — the new and shiny books have proven too hard to resist….may need to re-group and try again next year!

    • Oh, and my suggestion? Doesn’t really matter that you missed a few months of linkys, just have everyone link up on this, newest one — lots of challenges tell people if they’ve missed any months to just link up on the newest one — no reason why it can’t work for you as the host as well!

Hit me with it.
