One of the best AI performances ever.
I wonder why he didn’t break out? He certainly seemed to have the voice and the persona. Poor song choices, maybe? Poor career decisions?
Ah well, still a nice memory.

How much is your blog worth?
One of the best AI performances ever.
I wonder why he didn’t break out? He certainly seemed to have the voice and the persona. Poor song choices, maybe? Poor career decisions?
Ah well, still a nice memory.
Because, well, I haven’t.
American Idol has been pretty blah to me this year. Yawn.
But I’ve finally come around to caring. I hope I didn’t start caring too late, because I watched it TiVoed this morning so can’t vote.
But Blake is the only one who is fresh. The only one who is different. And most importantly on my planet, the only one who I actually am looking forward to … (boy this sentence structure is shot to hell, let me start over). I want his record. I love his reggae, his beat box, his fresh spin on old music. And I think the judges last night were simply wrong.
What’s a 21st Century guy to do when presented with falsetto Bee Gees? Make it his own, baby. Make it his own.
Then of course, there is the classic he dared mess with:
And he looks MUCH hotter with the new do. (This is the before, if you’re interested.)
So what does this all mean? It means that they’re down to the final four, and he might have gotten eliminated last night, before I decided I wanted him to win.
::damn I hate when that happens::
But if he makes it through to next week, I’ll be voting for the first time this season.
For him to win, of course.
So tell me, do you think he’s hott or a heretic?
Or, both?
So she won, and she moved on….
And on ….
And on ….
I love happy endings. Especially happy endings that aren’t insipid. (Sorry Carrie/C&W fans. My opinions, they are mine.)
And while you’re rockin out with Kelly, you might want to go vote in the hot tv guy doc poll or the hot tv girl doc poll. (Vote for Neela. I’m just sayin.)
Have a great weekend!
Swingin’ the 40s.
Kelly Clarkson can nail anything. Rock, pop, swing, country.
She cruised through Season 1 without a stumble.
Last night, when I realized what we were going to be subjected to, I just turned off the tv and came and listened to Kelly a couple more times.
Carrie who?
